How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will recieve a confirmation email. Haven’t received an email? Check your spam!
How long will it take to get my package?
Shipping takes 2-6 business days.
Phone cases and laptop sleeves can take up to 10 businessdays because they are made to order.
Can I track my order?
You can track the status of your order at the ‘my account’ page!
What do I do if I haven’t received my order?
There can be a slight delay on the delivery so please don’t worry too quickly.
However when your order is way to late, you can send an email to email@example.com
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only send to Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Cyprus, Bulgaria and the UK.
More countries will be available soon.

What payment methods are accepted?
You can choose for creditcard or bank transfer.
NOTE: When you choose for bank transfer, your order will be shipped when we receive your payement. Please note that this can take a few business days before we receive this payement
Do I have to pay in advance when I choose bank transfer?
After we’ve received your payment, we will ship your order.
So you have to pay in advance!

Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, we work by means of personal accounts in order to help our clients in the most efficient way.

My order is damaged, what do I do?
Please send an email to email@example.com with some photos of the problem. Contact us right away and we will offer you a good solution.
How can I cancel my order?
When you have chosen a bank transfer and haven’t paid yet, it’s no problem to cancel your order. When you have already paid we can’t cancel your order.
I forgot to use my discount code, what do I do?
When your order is finished it’s not possible to use your discount code for that order. However, your code will stay valid and you can use it for the next one.
How can I return a product?
We give our clients 14 days return rights and you’ll get your money back in two weeks. Returning is possible, on your own costs.
